I have seen a doctor, did blood work. I haven't gotten the lab results back just yet. I will be buying some oatstraw tea and tomorrow is my first day of yoga. I have finished a book I was reading and I will be starting another. Things seem okay...last night  I had a slight little attack before bed. I managed to go to sleep after a while. This weekend I had two in one day Saturday, the one later in the day worse than the one in the morning. I managed through it luckily without a seen. I had a sort of energy spurt this morning, really talkative, calling and talking to people, but I think I have slowed down a bit. Feel sorta like I have a hangover from it. Now Im moody. Not as happy. We shall see.

Cherry Blossom...Sakura trees I feel are going to be a major part of my healing. There something about them and the scenery that calms me, is where I want to be. Its going to be tedious...but I need to make myself whole again.

Self care is essential.

#1. Seeing a Doctor - This is going to be tomorrow and for as long as I need it to be, whether that be a MD or another kind of professional.
#2. Yoga - I have a 8 class ticket, I will be attending Tuesday.
#3. Spa care - Manicure, Pedicure, Facials, maybe a massage. I think my birthday gift to myself will be a spa day. This also includes, bubble baths, nail painting, home facials, aromatherapy, and music.
#4. Journal - I have bought a leather bound journal which will help me rant and track success.
#5. Shopping - treats such as shoes
#6 Reading - I will give myself at least 30 mins of reading time
#7 Good food - Sushi. Yum.
#8 FUN - art, walks, hanging out with friends and especially my sister.
#9 Using livejournal to find fun and interesting places to meet and talk to others and explore different interests.
#10 Hobby - Explore something intellectual, artistically, ect.
